Terms of Service

These terms set the ground rules for using the PalBreed Planner website, Palworld calculator, breeding data, guides, and related features.

The essential terms

PalBreed Planner is a free, unofficial Palworld fan-made reference tool. Use it for planning, then verify important results in your current game version. Do not attack, scrape abusively, interfere with, or misrepresent the service. No account or save-file upload is required, and the project cannot guarantee that every result will remain accurate after a game update.

1. Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using PalBreed Planner, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site. If you use the site on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

You must be legally able to agree to these terms where you live. A parent or guardian should supervise use by someone who has not reached the age required to agree independently. These terms do not remove consumer or privacy rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

2. What the service provides

The service provides a Palworld breeding calculator, forward and reverse breeding searches, shortest-chain planning, a searchable Pal roster, breeding combination references, and explanatory material. It is intended to help players plan game activity more efficiently. It is not an official game service, account service, marketplace, or guarantee of an in-game outcome.

The core calculations run in your browser using static data files. No registration or save-file upload is required. If you choose to save a Palbox, it is browser-local convenience data rather than an online account, backup, or cross-device synchronization service.

3. Unofficial fan-project status

PalBreed Planner is an independent, unofficial Palworld fan-made project. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, approved by, or operated by Pocketpair, Microsoft, Sony, Valve, Epic Games, or any other game platform. References to Palworld, Pal names, game mechanics, and related imagery identify the game information that the tool helps players understand.

Palworld and its official names, artwork, characters, and other game assets belong to Pocketpair and their respective rights holders. Nothing in these terms grants you ownership of those materials or suggests that the project can provide official customer support.

4. Calculator accuracy and game updates

The project aims to provide accurate results for the version identified in its data notes. Palworld updates, hotfixes, regional differences, platform timing, gender-dependent rules, special combinations, naming similarities, or mistakes can cause the site and the game to differ. Data review dates describe when information was checked; they are not a promise that no later change has occurred.

A displayed child is a species result. It does not guarantee gender, passives, inherited traits, IVs, mutations, work bonuses, egg count, incubation time, or the success of a particular breeding attempt. A shortest route reflects the calculator’s available species and pair data. It does not account for every practical constraint in your base, including parent availability, breeding time, cake production, incubation settings, or the traits you want to preserve.

Verify a valuable or time-consuming route against your current game build before committing resources. You are responsible for decisions made using the tool and for maintaining any game or account backups that you consider necessary.

5. Permitted personal use

You may use the public site for ordinary personal game planning, share links to its public pages, and quote limited factual results with reasonable attribution. You may print or save a reasonable number of pages for your own non-commercial reference. Normal browser caching and search-engine indexing that follows the site’s published crawler instructions are permitted.

Permission to use the site does not transfer ownership of its original interface, explanatory writing, code, data organization, branding, or compiled presentation. Uses beyond these terms may require written permission from the relevant rights holder.

6. Prohibited conduct

You may not use the service to break applicable law, violate another person’s rights, or interfere with access by other visitors. In particular, you must not:

  • Attempt to bypass security controls, probe non-public systems, introduce malware, or gain unauthorized access.
  • Overload the site through abusive automated traffic, denial-of-service activity, or extraction that ignores published crawler controls and reasonable rate limits.
  • Impersonate the project, Pocketpair, a platform operator, or another person, or present the calculator as an official Palworld product.
  • Copy substantial original site content or branding to operate a confusingly similar service without permission.
  • Use contact channels for spam, undisclosed paid-link schemes, threats, harassment, malicious files, or deceptive commercial messages.
  • Remove ownership notices or use the service in a way that falsely suggests endorsement or partnership.

Reasonable research, accessibility testing, and responsible security reporting are not intended to be prohibited, provided they avoid harm, do not access private information, and stop when requested.

7. Feedback and error reports

You are welcome to report incorrect combinations, accessibility problems, and feature ideas. You retain ownership of original material you send. By submitting feedback, you give the project a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to use, reproduce, adapt, and incorporate that feedback for operating and improving the service, without an obligation to compensate or credit you.

Do not submit information or files that you lack the right to share. Factual details in a report may be used to verify and correct the calculator. Personal contact details will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Third-party links, ads, and affiliate relationships

The site may link to official resources, community references, hosting providers, advertisers, affiliate merchants, or other third-party websites. A link is provided for convenience and does not mean that the project controls, guarantees, or endorses every statement, product, security practice, or privacy practice at the destination.

The site may display advertising. It may also use affiliate links that allow the project to receive a commission after a qualifying action. Advertising and affiliate relationships should be labeled where appropriate. You decide whether to visit or transact with a third party, and any purchase, refund, delivery, account, or dispute is between you and that provider under its terms.

9. Intellectual property and rights-holder requests

The project retains rights in its original code, layout, branding, written explanations, and other original work. Game-related trademarks, names, portraits, and source material remain the property of their respective owners. Use of identifying game material is intended to support an informational fan utility and does not claim ownership of the underlying franchise.

A rights holder who believes material on the site infringes its rights should use the Contact page and identify the protected work, the specific page or file, the basis of the claim, and a reliable way to respond. Good-faith notices will be reviewed, and material may be restricted or removed while an issue is assessed.

10. Availability and changes to the service

The project may add, change, suspend, or remove features, pages, data, or integrations at any time. Maintenance, provider outages, security concerns, legal requests, cost constraints, game changes, or project capacity can interrupt availability. There is no promise that the service, a saved local Palbox, a particular URL, or a specific data version will remain available indefinitely.

You should keep your own notes for routes that matter to you. Because browser-local data can be cleared by you, the browser, or device maintenance, the project is not responsible for restoring a Palbox.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” The project disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. No statement on the site creates a warranty unless applicable law expressly requires otherwise.

Nothing here guarantees an in-game result, uninterrupted access, compatibility with every browser, preservation of local data, or the safety and quality of a third-party product or website. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so part of this section may not apply to you.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the project and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of game progress, local data, opportunity, revenue, goodwill, or use; or harm arising from reliance on a calculator result, inability to access the site, third-party content, or unauthorized interference.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the extent the law permits. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded, including liability that may arise from fraud, willful misconduct, or certain personal injury claims. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.

13. Enforcement and separation of terms

Access may be restricted when reasonably necessary to address security threats, abusive automation, infringement, unlawful conduct, or a serious breach of these terms. The project’s failure to enforce a provision immediately is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

If a court or other competent authority finds part of these terms unenforceable, that part should be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions continue to apply. Headings are provided for readability and do not change the meaning of a provision.

14. Applicable law and resolving concerns

The laws that apply to the project, your location, and your use of the service govern these terms without displacing mandatory rights that apply to you. Before starting a formal claim, you are encouraged to contact the project with a clear description of the concern so that a practical resolution can be considered. This request does not prevent either side from seeking urgent relief or using a regulator, court, or consumer process when legally available.

15. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when the service, business model, third-party providers, or applicable requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material revisions should be presented through an appropriate notice. By continuing to use the site after revised terms take effect, you agree to the revised terms to the extent allowed by law.

Questions about these terms can be sent through the Contact page.
