Base roster planning
Choose the job your base needs, find the Pal whose Partner Skill raises that Work Suitability for other workers, and open its current version 1.0 parent combinations.
Version 1.0 has 12 listed Pal Partner Skills that raise one Work Suitability by +1 for other Pals at the same base. The current descriptions say these effects do not stack. An aura is separate from the carrier's own Work Suitability levels and from individual passive skills.

No aura carrier matches this search and work type.
The +1 value is read from the carrier’s Partner Skill data. It is not inferred from a high personal Work Suitability level, and it is not treated as an inherited passive. The page does not claim that multiple copies stack or calculate a probability for transferring a Partner Skill to another species.
Open the pinned version 1.0 source used for this directoryA Palworld 1.0 work suitability aura is a Partner Skill effect that raises one Work Suitability level for other Pals at the same base. The directory on this page lists the species, Partner Skill, affected job, and verified level bonus found in the pinned version 1.0 game data. Use the job filter when you are planning a base around Handiwork, Mining, Transporting, Cooling, Farming, or another production role. The card for each carrier links directly to its parent search so you can move from base planning to a current breeding route.
These auras are separate from a Pal’s own Work Suitability levels. A species can have strong personal Mining and still provide no Mining aura to other workers. Conversely, an aura carrier may be worth a base slot even when its own job levels are lower than the specialist Pals it supports. Read the two values separately: the roster’s Work Suitability describes what that Pal can do, while the Partner Skill description states which job receives the base-wide increase. This distinction prevents high personal levels from being mislabeled as an aura.
Begin with the facility that is limiting output. A weapon line may need more Handiwork, a late-game ore base may need Mining and Transporting, and a breeding base may care about Farming or food production. Filter the directory to that job and identify the matching carrier. The listed bonus is +1 to the affected Work Suitability for other Base Pals, and the Partner Skill descriptions state that the effect does not stack. Adding multiple copies for the same aura should therefore be treated as a roster choice, not as a way to multiply the listed level increase.
Do not choose an aura only because the job sounds generally useful. Check the facilities, assigned workers, transport path, food supply, and idle time at the actual base. Raising a suitability level cannot fix a worker that cannot reach the station, a storage route that is blocked, or a production line that is waiting on materials. The aura is most valuable after those layout problems are controlled and the targeted work animation is the real bottleneck. Test one carrier, observe the base for a complete production cycle, and compare before changing several roles at once.
The aura shown here belongs to a species’ Partner Skill data. Passive skills are the individual traits displayed on a particular Pal, such as Work Speed effects or Ranch Master. Version 1.0 includes passive skills that change a Pal’s own work performance, while the aura carrier raises a named Work Suitability for other Base Pals. Because both systems can affect work, they are easy to combine incorrectly in a spreadsheet or guide. Keep an aura field, an individual Work Suitability field, and a passive-skill field as three separate pieces of the build.
The breeding calculator selects a child species; it does not transfer one species’ Partner Skill to another species. This site therefore does not describe the work aura as a passive inheritance result. Breed or obtain the listed carrier species, place it at the base, and verify the Partner Skill in game. When planning a worker’s individual traits, use the passive coverage planner separately. A correct aura carrier can support many workers, while a correct passive build improves only the Pal that actually has those traits.
Open Find Parents from an aura card to see every current parent pair for that carrier. Start with combinations where both parents are already available, then consider whether the carrier needs useful survivability or work passives of its own. The species result and the individual passive result remain separate. A parent pair may reliably produce the aura species while requiring several eggs to obtain the personal traits you want. If neither direct parent is available, add your current species to the Palbox and run the chain planner.
Version 1.0 reviewed breeding combinations overall, so an old route for Cinnamoth, Ribbuny, Wumpo, or another carrier may no longer match the current matrix. Confirm both complete parent names and variants before preparing an egg. For a gender-sensitive special combination, follow the roles displayed by the calculator. Save the route link and note the data date. If a later hotfix changes the pair, that record lets you distinguish a stale route from a mistaken selection.
Version 1.0 expanded Work Suitability to ten levels and rebalanced the values of all Pals. Rank progression can also raise suitability, and maximum rank still improves all of a Pal’s work levels. Those personal upgrades interact with the base plan but are not part of the aura’s listed +1. When comparing two layouts, record the workers’ current ranks, applied handbooks, passives, and the presence of the aura carrier. Without those details, a faster result cannot be attributed to one cause.
A practical roster often includes a small number of specialists rather than every available aura. The carrier occupies a base slot, consumes food, and may contribute its own jobs. Compare that cost with the number of workers receiving the relevant increase. An aura supporting several active Handiwork Pals can be easier to justify than an aura for a job used briefly at one facility. The best choice changes with base size, production schedule, world settings, worker ranks, and whether the carrier can perform another needed task between production cycles.
The page uses a fixed version 1.0 data snapshot and shows the English Partner Skill names from that source. Localized wording can differ, and a later patch can rebalance a value or replace an effect. Check the Partner Skill on the actual Pal before rebuilding a base around the bonus. If the visible effect disagrees with this directory, report the Pal, Partner Skill, displayed job, value, platform, language, and game build. A screenshot of the skill description is useful; a save file is not required.
Treat “does not stack” as an important roster constraint. The listed data does not support adding the same aura repeatedly for a larger level bonus. It also does not establish an inheritance probability for the Partner Skill, so this page never supplies one. Its purpose is narrower and practical: identify the current carrier for a job, show the exact Partner Skill relationship, keep the aura separate from personal Work Suitability, and connect the carrier to a version-matched breeding route.
The listed Partner Skill raises one named Work Suitability level by +1 for other Pals assigned to the same base. The current descriptions say the effect does not stack. Check the individual card for the carrier species and affected job.
No. Work Suitability levels describe the jobs a Pal can perform itself. An aura is a separate Partner Skill effect that supports other Base Pals. This directory never infers an aura merely from a high personal work level.
The version 1.0 Partner Skill descriptions for these carriers state that the effect does not stack. Use duplicate carriers only for their other roster value, not on the assumption that two copies will provide a +2 aura.
This page does not model that claim. The aura is recorded as part of the carrier species’ Partner Skill data, while individual passive skills are handled separately. Breed the listed carrier species and verify its Partner Skill in game.
Open the Find Parents link on its card to see current version 1.0 parent combinations. If you own neither direct parent, use the shortest-chain planner with your available Palbox species, then verify every intermediate child before continuing.
